According to a study by UBS, ChatGPT, the well-known chatbot created by OpenAI, reached 100 million monthly active users in January, just two months after its release, making it the fastest-growing consumer application ever recorded.
To put things into perspective, it took TikTok 9 months to reach 100 million users after its global launch, while it took Instagram 2 and a half years to achieve the same milestone.
