Medium opens doors for AI-written articles as long as they're 'clearly labeled'
Medium, an online publisher, allows users to post articles written with AI writing tools like ChatGPT, but requires disclosure of such use.
The blogging platform, which sells membership access for some exclusive content, recently established guidelines for AI-generated text. Medium's VP of content, Scott Lamb, stated in a blog post that the platform welcomes responsible use of AI-assistive technology and requires clear labeling of AI-assisted stories for transparency and reader expectations.
